During Advent this year, we will have Praise and Worship Sessions on Thursdays, Dec. 4, 11, and 18 from 7-8 pm consisting of Adoration, music, a short meditation, confession, and benediction.
On Thursday December 11th, we will also have extended 24-hour Adoration within the main church following Praise and Worship. Adoration will be available from 8 PM on Thursday December 11th until 8 PM on Friday December 12th. It should also be noted that our regular hours of Adoration will still begin in the Adoration Chapel at 4 PM on Thursday December 11th and continue until Praise and Worship begins at 7 PM.
During Adoration and Exposition of the Eucharist, a volunteer must be present with our Lord at all times. As a result, we are in need of volunteers for every hour. Volunteers can sign up for a specific hour of Adoration at the following link:
During the regular Mass times at 6:45 AM and 9:00 AM on Friday December 12th, the Eucharist will be reposed; however, Adoration will continue immediately following both of these masses.
“Behold, I am with you always.” — Matthew 28:20
“The Church and the world have a great need of Eucharistic worship. Jesus awaits us in this sacrament of love... Let us be generous with our time in going to meet Him in Adoration and Contemplation full of faith.”— St. John Paul II
“In the Eucharist, we find everything. There is the whole mystery of our salvation... A thousand years of enjoying human glory is not worth even an hour spent sweetly communing with Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament.”— St. Padre Pio
